At 54, I needed a new challenge. This is how I decided to take over the old sugar shack of "Ma Cabane en Gaspésie", a name well known for its quality maple products. This cabin has a rich history and I am proud to continue this tradition with Érablière Chic-Chocs.

The history of our maple grove begins long before I became its owner. Formerly known as “La pente Abrute”, this maple grove has a long tradition of producing quality maple syrup. Located in the beautiful Chaudière-Appalaches region, this sugar shack has preserved traditional production methods while integrating modern practices to offer exceptional maple products.
