Bloody Eyes Mimosa Eggs with Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black olives, sliced
- Red paprika for blood veins
Instructions:

Prepare the Eggs:
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.

Make the Filling:
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper, and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Assemble the Mimosa Eggs:
- Fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture using a small spoon or a piping bag for precision.
- Place a slice of black olive in the center of each yolk to form the pupil of the eye.

Add the Bloody Details:
- Use a toothpick to gently draw veins of red paprika from the pupil outward onto the white of the egg to create a bloody effect.

- Arrange the eggs on a dark serving platter decorated with spiderwebs and other Halloween decorations to enhance the mood.
