Ingredients:
- 12 large scallops
- 12 thin slices bacon
- 60 ml of pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
- Microgreens for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the Bacon:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook bacon until partially cooked but still pliable, about 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.

- Wrap each scallop in a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
